Texas Tech Gets Road Win at Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Dominic Seals shot 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Texas Tech to a 57-49 win against Kansas on Saturday night.
Maria Moore added 11 points and six rebounds for the Lady Raiders (11-5, 2-1 Big 12).
Danielle McCray led the Jayhawks (12-4, 1-2) with a game-high 22 points. LaChelda Jacobs also scored in double-digits for Kansas with 10 points.
Tech led 32-17 at the end of the first half and was outscoring Kansas by as many as 19 points in the second half.
Back-to-back baskets by McCray and Krysten Boogaard pulled Kansas to within 10 points with 1:20 remaining. Jacobs made a pair of free throws for Kansas to cut the lead to 55-47 before Tech pulled ahead for good.
The Jayhawks shot only 28.1 percent from the field compared to 42 percent for the Lady Raiders.
