Lady Raiders to Make Two More Appearances in October

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's basketball team will make two more appearances during the month of October starting with the Texas Tech-Texas A&M volleyball match on Wed., Oct. 27, followed by Safe Treat at the South Plains Mall on Sat., Oct. 30, as part of its Community Game Plan.
The Lady Raiders will be signing autographs and handing out posters and schedule cards starting at 6 p.m. on the concourse of the United Spirit Arena prior to the Tech volleyball match at 6:30 p.m.
The team will then take part in the Safe Treat at the South Plains Mall beginning at 5 p.m. on Sat., Oct. 30, where they will hand out treat bags along with posters and schedule cards.
The women's basketball team will be making a number of other appearances throughout the months of October and November. Details on each appearance will be released at www.texastech.com prior to each event.
