The Lady Raiders knocked off sister school Angelo State, 81-45, on Wednesday in San Angelo. Mary Bokenkamp (14), Casey Morris (11), Christine Hyde (11) and Chynna Brown (10) all scored in double figures for Tech.
Bokenkamp led the charge with her perimeter shooting, hitting her first four 3-pointer attempts as Tech pushed out in front early and never looked back.
Metro State is playing its second game in the Hub City after defeating Lubbock Christian, 61-44, at Rip Griffin Center on Saturday night. The Roadrunners are ranked No. 7 in the WBCA Division II preseason poll.
Jenessa Burke led the Roadrunners with 13 points while Candice Kohn totaled 11 points.
