The Lady Raiders travel to Hawai'i in March to face Notre Dame and Hawai'i.
LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Lady Raider tennis team will head to Hawai'i in March to compete against a pair of the nation's elite programs - Notre Dame and Hawai'i.
"This is an opportunity for Texas Tech to elevate the visibility of our program on a national stage," said Lady Raider head coach Todd Petty. "Having the opportunity to participate in a trip like this can be a team building event and playing teams like Notre Dame and Hawaii can help us reach our goal of reaching the NCAA Championships."
Texas Tech has created the Tennis Fund Raider program to help support the efforts of Petty and the Lady Raiders.
Fans and supporters of Texas Tech and women's tennis can support the program through contributions, but there are other opportunities available online as well at http://ttuwomenstennis.kintera.org.
