Lady Raiders Move Up To No. 45 In ITA Rankings

Toddy Petty's Lady Raiders climbed one spot to No. 45 in this week's ITA Division I women's rankings.

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Lady Raider tennis program climbed one spot in the ITA Division I women's tennis rankings to No. 45 this week.

Texas Tech opened the season ranked No. 46, but have climbed one spot after improving to 1-0 with its win over UTEP.

The doubles tandem of Samantha Adams and Kenna Kilgo are currently ranked 45th nationally.

Texas Tech returns to action at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Tempe, Ariz. The Lady Raiders face No. 20 Arizona State on Saturday and will play either No. 16 USC or No. 48 Sacramento State.
