HONOLULU, Hawai'I - No. 20 Texas Tech (10-2) has the opportunity to solidify its non-conference resume 3,500 miles from home, as the Lady Raiders take on No. 54 Hawai'I (5-4) on Saturday and No. 21 Notre Dame on Monday at the UH Tennis Complex.
"We have got a chance to face two ranked opponents and try to bolster our non-conference record with a pair quality wins," said Lady Raider head coach Todd Petty. "We have the opportunity to climb inside the top 20 and get ready for Big 12 play. So, there is a lot to play for."
Hawai'I has won two of its last three matches, including a 5-1 win over Iowa State last week, and is 2-4 against ranked opponents. Notre Dame has won five of its last six and is 6-4 against ranked opponents this season.
Texas Tech is off to its best start in program history.
