| RED RAIDERS HEAD EAST TO FACE WEST VIRGINIA 15th-ranked Texas Tech will make its first trip to the state of West Virginia this weekend as the Red Raiders face the West Virginia Mountaineers at Noon (ET) on Saturday at Milan Puskar Stadium. The last time Texas Tech traveled to the east coast for a regular-season game was in 2003 when the Red Raiders went to Raleigh, N.C. for a match-up against North Carolina State. The last time Tech played in the eastern time zone was on New Year's Day 2008 when the Red Raiders notched a 31-28 win over Virginia in the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, Fla. Saturday's game will be televised nationally with an 11 a.m. CT kickoff on Fox Sports 1, which will be Tech's third consecutive appearance on the new sports cable network. The Texas Tech Sports Network will have the radio call live across 33 affiliates in Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Brian Jensen (play-by-play), John Harris (analyst) and Chris Level (sideline) will have the call from Milan Puskar Stadium.
