Texas Tech closed out its spring season with a 5-0 victory over Oklahoma State.

DALLAS- The Texas Tech soccer team closed its 2014 spring season Saturday with a 5-0 victory over Big 12 foe Oklahoma State in Dallas.
The Red Raiders were led by sophomore forwards Caity Heap and Janine Beckie, who tallied two goals apiece. Ashley Casey also tallied a goal in the victory.
"It was a good way to end the spring on a beautiful day at the Texans' Dallas International Cup," Texas Tech head coach Tom Stone said. "The team played well and some pieces fell into place after a long hard spring."
Briana Rohmer registered two assists on the day while teammates Jade Dapaah and Makenzie Kahan also picked up assists.
With the victory, Texas Tech finishes its spring season with a 2-2-1 record.
