Red Raiders Tied For Fifth Heading Into Final Round

No. 14 Texas Tech will enter Wednesday's final round of the Prestige at PGA West in a tie for fifth place and 14 strokes back of tournament leader Arizona State.
The Red Raiders are currently 9-under, 567 through two rounds and are tied with No. 14 USC for fifth place. The third and final round will get underway tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. (CT).
Texas Tech has been paced by freshman Guillermo Pereira as he stands tied for sixth on the individual leaderboard at 6-under, 138. Pereria was 3-under, 69 in today's second round and is just two strokes back of tournament leader Max Rotluff of Arizona State (8-under, 136).
Sophomore Hannes Ronneblad continues to play well and is tied for 15th overall at 3-under, 141. Ronneblad carded a 1-under, 71 in today's second round.
