Texas Tech, Baylor Cancel Spring Soccer Match

Texas Tech will close out its spring schedule on April 18 when the Red Raiders host New Mexico at the John Walker Soccer Complex.

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech and Baylor have mutually agreed to cancel their spring soccer match scheduled for Saturday afternoon in Dallas, Red Raider head coach Tom Stone announced Tuesday.
The match, which was originally slated to be played at Toyota Soccer Center, will not be rescheduled.
The Red Raiders will instead close out their spring schedule on April 18 against New Mexico. Kickoff is currently set for 11 a.m. at the John Walker Soccer Stadium.
Tech, coming off its first Sweet 16 appearance in school history, is already 2-0 this spring following victories over both Abilene Christian and West Texas A&M. The Red Raiders return 20 letterwinners, including eight starters from that 2014 team.
