Texas Tech-TCU Football Game Sold Out

Jones AT&T Stadium will be sold out on Saturday when Texas Tech opens Big 12 Conference play against No. 3 TCU. Kickoff is slated for 3:45 p.m. CT.

Due to the overwhelming support of the Texas Tech fan base, this Saturday's game is officially sold out. This will be the eighth sellout since the start of the 2013 season.
"We couldn't be more excited for our opportunity this weekend," Texas Tech Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury said. "Our fans continue to prove why they are the best in the country. We can't wait to see Jones AT&T Stadium rocking this Saturday afternoon!"
Tickets still remain for Texas Tech's Oct. 3 game against Baylor at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, along with its final three home games at Jones AT&T Stadium: Iowa State (Homecoming on Oct. 10), Oklahoma State (Oct. 31) and Kansas State (Nov. 14). Fans can purchase tickets by calling 806-742-TECH or by visiting the ticket page at www.texastech.com.
Former Texas Tech All-American linebacker Zach Thomas (1992-95) will be honored on Saturday for his induction into the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame. A Pampa, Texas native, Thomas will become the fifth Red Raider to be enshrined into the College Football Hall of Fame in December, joining Gabe Rivera (2012), Dave Parks (2008), Donny Anderson (1989) and E.J. Holub (1986).
Texas Tech (3-0) has won four straight home games against TCU (3-0) at Jones AT&T Stadium including the last meeting, a 20-10 win over the Horned Frogs on Sept. 12, 2013. The Red Raiders have also claimed 12 of the series' last 16 overall matchups and hold a 30-24-3 all-time advantage since the series began on Oct. 30, 1926. Tech also has a 19-6-3 record vs. TCU at Jones AT&T Stadium.
