Red Raiders Ready For Mission Inn Spectacular

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Following a sixth-place finish at the Southern Highlands Collegiate, which included Red Raiders Wes Artac and Ivan Ramirez finishing in the top-10 individually, the Texas Tech men's golf team is set to begin competition this Saturday at the Mission Spring Spectacular in Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.
Hosted at the Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort, this 54-hole event will begin Saturday morning with a 6:15 a.m. shotgun start. The teams will play 36 holes on the El Campeon Course and finish up with a final round of 18 on Sunday.
Texas Tech will be joined in this weekend's tournament by George Mason, Alabama State, Bethune Cookman, Campbell, Florida A&M, Florida Atlantic, Hartford, IPFW, Lipscomb, Ohio, Old Dominion, Richmond, South Dakota, South Florida, Southern-Illinois Edwardsville, Toldeo and USC Upstate.
