'Red Raider Football With Kliff Kingsbury' Debuts Tonight

LUBBOCK, Texas – The first of 11 editions of "Red Raider Football With Kliff Kingsbury" will be broadcast live on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CT on the Texas Tech Sports Network. The show will be hosted live from Rudy's Country Store & Bar-B-Q, on 4930 S Loop 289, running from 6:30-7:30 p.m. CT.

Fourth-year head coach Kliff Kingsbury will join Texas Tech Sports Radio Network's own Chris Level to discuss Tech's season opener on Saturday against Stephen F. Austin. There will be 200 tickets to Saturday's season opener given away throughout the show.

Fans not able to attend the show in person can listen live on 25 of the 45 Texas Tech Sports Network Affiliates, TuneIn, and via the internet at Texas Tech TV or here.

The show also features a "Question of the Week" giveaway presented by Rudy's BBQ. Fans in attendance can ask questions via the question cards on each table or via twitter using the hashtag #KKRadioShow or by tweeting @ChrisLevel. The Question of the Week winner will receive a pair of Texas Tech game tickets to the next home game.

Texas Tech opens its 2016 season on Saturday, Sept. 3 by hosting Stephen F. Austin at Jones AT&T Stadium (7 p.m. CT). Season tickets are still on sale and can be purchased by calling 806-742-TECH or by visiting www.texastech.com.
