Texas Tech defensive lineman Broderick Washington is expected to play a key role on the Red Raider defense in 2017, and he is prepared to kick it up a notch next season.

The Longview, Texas, product will be able to play close to home when the Texas Tech Football Spring Series hits Frisco on April 1.
