Game Time Announced for Road Trip to West Virginia

Red Raiders will face West Virginia in an 11 a.m. kickoff on Nov. 9 in Morgantown
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Big 12 Conference announced Monday that Texas Tech's Nov. 9 road trip to West Virginia will kick off at 11 a.m. CT with television coverage provided on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

It will be the fourth 11 a.m. start of the season for the Red Raiders, who will be looking to reverse a 2-6 mark all-time against the Mountaineers. West Virginia has won each of the past five meetings between the two schools, including a 42-34 victory in Lubbock a year ago.

Tech is off this weekend before heading to Milan Puskar Stadium in Morgantown where the Red Raiders will look to snap a three-game losing streak. West Virginia travels to Baylor this Thursday night for a primetime matchup in Waco.

The West Virginia trip is the final road trip before the Red Raiders return to Jones AT&T Stadium for a two-game homestand against TCU (Nov. 16) and Kansas State (Nov. 23). Tech closes the regular season on Nov. 29 at Texas.
