Women’s Tennis Inks Lisa Mays

Todd Petty strengthened his roster with the addition of Lisa Mays.
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech women's tennis team grew by one as head coach Todd Petty announced the addition of Lisa Mays on Thursday, June 20.
A native of Sydney, Australia, Mays graduated from Glenwood High School in 2018. The Aussie signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) and Athletic Scholarship Agreement (ASA) to join the Red Raiders in the fall. In the ITF Junior World Tennis Tour, Mays boasts a 66-22 career singles record and a 52-38 career doubles record. In the Pro Circuit, she has earned notable wins in China, Indonesia, Egypt, Greece and Australia.
She joins Kira Reuter, Violet Apisah and Margarita Skriabina in Tech's 2019 class.
