The Red Raiders earned a No. 3 ranking behind Texas and Texas A&M while Felicity Maltby, Denise-Antonela Stoica, Francesca Sella, Kennedy Bridgforth, Lana Rush and Nell Miller all raked in postseason rankings.
Maltby earned the highest ranking – the No. 1 player in the Texas Region – after a phenomenal senior season. Along with ITA All-America honors, Maltby collected Big 12 Player of the Year and unanimous All-Big 12 first-team laurels after finishing 22-9 overall. She played the entire season at the No. 1 position and posted an 8-1 record in Big 12 Conference action.
In her first season with the Lady Raiders, Stoica came in at No. 16 in the region after she posted a 16-8 overall record. She primarily played at the No. 4 position and tallied an 11-2 record in that slot. She helped clinch nine matches for the Lady Raiders, including a 4-3 win over No. 29 Oklahoma in the second round of the Big 12 tournament. Stoica was awarded Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors as a result of her freshman efforts.
Ranking No. 18 in the region, Sella posted an 8-7 overall record and went 7-6 when playing in dual matches during her first campaign at Tech. She finished 5-2 as Tech's primary No. 2 player and she went 3-2 in her first season of Big 12 action.
Bridgforth and Rush earned a No. 8 doubles ranking after finishing the season with a 10-10 record. The pair went 3-5 against nationally-ranked opponents and finished 2-4 in conference action.
