November 10, 2020 | Football
A look at all of the Red Raider alums in the NFL
Mahomes and Chiefs improved to 8-1 on Sunday after holding of the Panthers in a 33-31 win. Mahomes recorded 372 yards and four touchdowns on 30-45 passing. Mahomes threw his 100th career passing touchdown in his 40th game to become the fastest player in NFL history to reach 100 career passing touchdowns.

Danny Amendola – WR, Detroit Lions
Amendola led the Lions offense with seven catches and 77 yards in their 34-20 loss to the Vikings on Sunday. Amendola recorded more yards than any other skills player for the Lions and led the game in targets and receiving yards for both teams. Amendola also added two punt returns for 33 yards.
Â
Jakeem Grant – WR, Miami Dolphins
Grant hauled in four catches, tying his season high, for 35 yards during the Dolphins 34-31 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. One of those catches came on a third and 10 play where he caught a comeback route for eight yards to set up what would be the eventual game-winning field goal with four minutes left in the game. Grant also added another 25 yards in the return game with a kick return for 15 yards and a punt return for 10.

Kerry Hyder Jr. – DL, San Francisco 49ers
Hyder recorded three tackles on Thursday night during the 49ers 34-17 loss to the Packers. The 49ers recorded just one sack as Aaron Rodgers completed over 80 percent of his passes.
Â
Jordyn Brooks – LB, Seattle Seahawks
Brooks recorded two tackles on 36 snaps during the Seahawks 44-34 loss to the Bills on Sunday. Brooks started again for Seattle's defense but did not see his usual time on the field playing just 22 snaps on defense, the other 14 snaps coming on special teams.
Â
Terence Steele – OL, Dallas Cowboys
The undrafted free agent was the starting right tackle again for the Cowboys on Sunday during their 24-19 loss to the Steelers. Cowboys quarterback Garrett Gilbert was sacked just twice but was facing pressure all day.
  Â
DeAndre Washington – RB, Miami Dolphins
Washington was traded from the Chiefs to the Miami Dolphins on Nov. 3 before the trade deadline. The Chiefs received draft pick compensation in exchange. Washington will become the third former Texas Tech player on the Dolphins roster joining Jakeem Grand and Sam Eguavoen.

Cameron Batson – WR, Tennessee Titans
Batson hauled in one catch for six yards in the Titans 24-17 win over the Bears on Sunday. The Titans only completed 10 passes during the game and kept the ball on the ground, running it 31 times. Batson also took a kickoff return 23 yards, the second longest return for the Titans this season. Â
Â
Sam Eguavoen – LB, Miami Dolphins
Eguavoen played just two snaps in the Dolphins 34-31 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
Â
Keke Coutee – WR, Houston Texans
Coutee was active on Sunday for the Texans 27-25 win over the Jaguars, however he did not get any snaps.
Â
Le'Raven Clark – OL, Indianapolis Colts
Clark did not see any playing time in the Colts 24-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
Â
Broderick Washington – DL, Baltimore Ravens
Washington was inactive during the Ravens 24-10 win against the Colts on Sunday.
Â
Dakota Allen – LB, Jacksonville Jaguars
Allen was inactive on Sunday during the Jaguars 27-25 loss to the Texans.
Â
HEAD COACHES
Kliff Kingsbury – Arizona Cardinals
Kingsbury and the Cardinals suffered their third loss on Sunday following the Dolphins 34-31 win thanks to a go-ahead field goal late in the fourth quarter. Kyler Murray and Kingsbury continue to gel, however, as Murray threw for 283 yards and ran for another 106 yards while scoring all four of the Cardinals touchdowns. Â
ÂI thought Kyler Murray would be good in the NFL. I didn't think Kingsbury offense would be. I was wrong about that. This offense is good and it's fun to watch.

Anthony Lynn – Los Angeles Chargers
Lynn and the Chargers fell to 2-6 following another heartbreaking loss. The Raiders won 31-26 after the apparent game-winning touchdown for the Chargers was called back after the review showed that the receiver did not catch the ball in the endzone. All six of the Chargers losses have been by seven points of fewer.
#Chargers coach Anthony Lynn says "I can't remember a season like this in my entire football life." He said they will have eight game left. He said they will re-group and continue to fight.
