Tech stays in top 10 going into Big 12 meet

The Red Raiders have been in the top 10 all season
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Texas Tech track and field program remains in the top 10 in the latest installment of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll released Monday afternoon.
The women's team fell one spot to No. 6, while the men's side dropped one spot to No. 9. Tech did not compete this past weekend as it prepares to host the 2022 Big 12 Outdoor Championships Friday through Sunday at the Terry and Linda Fuller Track Complex.
It will be the first time since 2014 that the Red Raiders host the conference meet.
