Scott hits game winner at 3X3U Championship

Playing in the State Farm College 3x3U Championship in Houston, Scott hit a jumper as time expired in the title game
HOUSTON – Texas Tech senior guard Bre'Amber Scott nailed a mid-range jumper as time expired to lead 'Team Dream' to a thrilling 20-19 victory over 'Team Lonestars' Wednesday night at the State Farm College 3x3U Championships hosted by Intersport.
Scott teamed up with Ciaja Harbison (Vandy), Chloe Marotta (Marquette) and Paige Robinson of Illinois State.
The quartet defeated Caitlin Bickle of Baylor, Mercedes Staples of San Diego State, Brittany Davis of Alabama and Keishana Washington of Drexel.
With the victory, Scott and her three teammates will split $5,000.
The entire 3x3U competition as well as the Celsius Obstacle Course and Applebee's Team Shoutout will air on tape delay Sunday night on ESPN2 at 10 p.m. (ET)/9 p.m. (CT).
Scott will travel directly to Dallas later this week where she will participate in the NCAA Above The Rim Summit this Friday (Mar. 31) to Sunday (Apr. 2).
