Red Raiders in the NFL | Regular Season Week 7, Oct. 17-21

LUBBOCK, Texas – Former Red Raider and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes II was back in action during week seven after having a bye week, the Chiefs did not skip a beat as they defeated San Francisco and remained the only undefeated team in the NFL. Dadrion Taylor-Demerson and the Cardinals wrapped up the NFL week, defeating the Chargers on Monday Night Football on ESPN+.

ARIZONA CARDINALS vs. Los Angeles Chargers (W, 17-15)
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Taylor-Demerson played 15 snaps on special teams and added two on defense as the Cardinals came away with the Monday night win.
DL Broderick Washington Jr. (2016-19): Washington Jr. was listed on the inactive list for a second-straight week as he nurses a knee injury. He was a limited participant in practice throughout the week.
OL Terence Steele (2016-19):Â Steele and the Cowboys were on their bye week. They travel to San Francisco this weekend to face the 49ers on Sunday Night.
DE Myles Cole (2022-23): Cole was listed prior to the game on Sunday to the Jaguars' inactive list for the fifth-straight game.
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): In a rematch of last season's Super Bowl, Mahomes and the Chiefs took down the 49ers on the road to remain as the only undefeated team in the NFL.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): Wilson contributed 30 snaps on defense and added three more on special teams as he registered one tackle on defense.
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19): Brooks recorded his sixth-straight start at linebacker. He finished tied for second on the team in tackles with seven and added one tackle for loss and a pass breakup. Brooks leads the Dolphins in tackles by a large margin through six games with 46 with next best individual checking in with 29 this season.
LB Sam Eguavoen (2011-14):Â Eguavoen contributed 25 snaps on special teams and three on defense.
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens was on the Commanders' inactive list for a third-straight week as he continues to nurse an injury suffered during week four versus the Cardinals.
