LUBBOCK, Texas – Week 10 of the NFL season saw former Red Raider Dadrion Taylor-Demerson receive his first career NFL start; the rookie defensive back took advantage of his opportunity by being one of three Cardinals defensive players who played every defensive snap in their 31-6 win over the struggling Jets franchise. Taylor-Demerson's start comes just one week after former Red Raiders Broderick Washington Jr. and Sam Eguavoen made their first starts of the 2024 season for their respective teams. Seven of the nine active Red Raiders in the NFL have now made starts in 2024.

ARIZONA CARDINALSÂ vs. New York Jets (W, 31-6)
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Taylor-Demerson recorded his first NFL start in the home win over the Jets as he played every snap (58) on defense, finishing third on the team with six tackles (five solo) and a pair of pass deflections.
DL Broderick Washington Jr. (2016-19): Washington Jr. was limited to 29 snaps on defense in the win over AFC North rival Cincinnati.Â
OL Terence Steele (2016-19):Â Steele made his ninth-straight start at right tackle playing all 60 offensive snaps in the Cowboys' home loss in a divisional contest versus Philadelphia.
DE Myles Cole (2022-23): Cole was named to the inactive list on Sunday morning prior to the Jaguars' game versus Minnesota. Cole has now been tabbed to the Jaguars' inactive list seven times this season; he made one tackle last week versus the Eagles after being on the Jaguars' inactive list for six straight games.
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): Mahomes and the Chiefs remained the NFL's only unbeaten team (9-0), thanks to a 35-yard field goal attempt that was blocked in the closing seconds to narrowly earn a two-point win. Down one point in the fourth quarter, Mahomes led a 10-play, 44-yard drive to set up a Harrison Butker 20-yard field goal for the lead.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): Wilson and the Raiders were one of four teams on a bye during week 10.
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19):Â Brooks and the Dolphins got a much-needed win on Monday Night Football taking down the Rams on the road. Brooks led the team in tackles with 11 (six solo), while also adding one tackle for loss. He has started every game this season. Brooks owns a team-best 73 tackles, which is 26 tackles more than the owner of the second-most stops on the team (Jordan Poyer-47).
LB Sam Eguavoen (2011-14):Â Eguavoen finished the day with a 2024 single-game-high four tackles (two solo), playing just a little over half of each snap on defense as well as being a significant part of the Jets' special teams unit.
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens only saw playing time on special teams as he recorded two tackles.
