Quartet of Red Raiders named to PING All-Region Team

CARLSBAD, Calif. — Texas Tech's Matthew Comegys, Calum Scott, Baard Skogen and Tyran Snyders were each named NCAA Division I PING All-Region honorees, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Players across six regions and 83 schools earned all-region honors in 2024.
The Red Raiders' honorees came from within the Central Region, of the six regions that also included the Northeast, East, Southeast, Midwest and West regions.
Each Comegys, Scott, Skogen and Snyders entered the NCAA Championships in Carlsbad ranking inside the nation's top 100 of individual players, per Scoreboard powered by Clippd. All four also entered the event owning a sub-72 scoring average in the 2023-24 season.Â
Scott and Snyders were each named NCAA Division I PING All-Region selections in 2023. Skogen was selected in 2022. It is the first career nod for Comegys.Â

About PING
PING designs, manufactures and markets a complete line of golf equipment including metal woods, irons, wedges, putters and golf bags.
