Team/Event Notes:
- The University of Arkansas is set to host the 15th annual Cabo Collegiate, which is being played at the Twin Dolphin Club for the third straight year.
- Texas Tech is set for its fifth Cabo Collegiate in a row since making its first-ever trip in 2021.
- Tech has finished no worse than fourth place in the event. The Red Raiders finished second in 2022 and 2024 and fourth in 2021 and 2023.
- Half of the field (7-of-14) in the 2025 edition are ranked in the Top 25, which includes No. 19 Texas Tech.
- The Cabo Collegiate will be the Red Raiders' seventh event of the season and third of the spring season. Tech's best team finish this season was set last time out, placing second (839, -13) at The Prestige in La Quinta, Calif.
- Per the most recent PGA Tour University rankings released on Feb. 26, Calum Scott checked in at No. 15 and Charlie DeLong at No. 23. It marks DeLong's first appearance in the Top 25 this season. Both Scott and DeLong are also the only two of the five Red Raiders in the 2025 Cabo Collegiate lineup who played in the 2024 event.
- Texas Tech checked in at No. 19 in the Feb. 26 national rankings (Scoreboard). The Red Raiders have steadily risen in the rankings over the past three weeks - No. 23 (Feb. 12), No. 21 (Feb. 19) and No. 19 (Feb. 26).
- The first Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches Poll of the spring released Feb. 28, had Texas Tech ranked No. 18.
