Tech/UTRGV Tuesday contest moved to 1 p.m.

The Wednesday game is still scheduled for 6 p.m.

LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech's Tuesday night game against UTRGV has been pushed up to a 1 p.m. start due to projected inclement weather for Tuesday night in the Lubbock area.

The Red Raiders Wednesday contest against the Vaqueros has not changed and is still scheduled for 6 p.m.

Tech's midweek series against UTRGV continues a crucial three week stretch for the Red Raiders that features series against four Top-50 RPI opponents.

Entering the week with the No. 2 strength of schedule in the country, Tech will face UTRGV (No. 36 in RPI) Tuesday and Wednesday before a three-game road series at No. 16 WVU (No. 15 RPI) awaits this weekend.

The Red Raiders have won four of five games overall including a series victory over formally No. 24 Arizona.
