Texas Tech will have its third sellout in as many weeks Saturday for its 2:30 p.m. kickoff versus Oregon State
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech Athletics will boast its third sellout crowd inside Jones AT&T Stadium in as many weeks Saturday when the Red Raiders host Oregon State in a 2:30 p.m. kickoff. Coverage will be provided nationally on FOX and the Texas Tech Sports Network.
This is the third of four advanced sellouts already this year for the Red Raiders, who had a full 60,229 fans on hand the past two weekends to watch routs over Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Kent State. Texas Tech has also sold out of its primary ticket inventory for the Oct. 25 showdown with Oklahoma State.
Texas Tech is pushing to sell out all seven home games this season as tickets are already in the limited stage for the Oct. 11 Homecoming date with Kansas as well as the Nov. 8 home date with BYU. The Red Raiders, currently ranked as high as No. 20 nationally, ends its seven-game home slate on Nov. 15 against UCF.
While Texas Tech is out of its primary ticket inventory, tickets can still be purchased for both the Oregon State game this weekend and Oklahoma State contest through SeatGeek, the official secondary ticket provider of the athletics department. Â
Pregame festivities begin with Raider Alley opening at 10:30 a.m. Saturday followed by Raider Walk at 12 p.m. and the Raider Alley Concert Series  at 12:30 p.m. that afternoon. For a full rundown of fan information for every Texas Tech home game this season, please visit here.
