Red Raiders in the NFL | Regular Season Week 4, Sept. 25-29
LUBBOCK, Texas – A trio of Red Raiders were in action for Monday Night Football to close out week four of the NFL season, with Jordyn Brooks and the Miami Dolphins taking on the New York Jets and Austin McNamara, while Tahj Brooks and the Cincinnati Bengals had a road game at Denver in the late game. Brooks shined by posting 18 tackles in the Fins' first win of the season, leaving the Jets still searching for their first win. Meanwhile, the Bengals' offense continues to struggle without Joe Burrow as they lost, with Brooks seeing limited action with the offense.

ARIZONA CARDINALSÂ vs. Seattle Seahawks (L, 23-20)
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Taylor-Demerson was third on the team with seven tackles (four solo) on defense and added one more on special teams (kickoff) as the battle of the birds went Seattle's way with a 52-yard go-ahead field goal as time expired.
RB Tahj Brooks (2020-24):Â Brooks only saw 11 snaps on offense in the Bengals' blowout loss on Monday night.
OL Terence Steele (2016-19): Steele played nearly every snap Sunday night, missing just four in the first NFL game to end in a tie since 2022. According to ESPN Research, the game featured seven lead changes, the most in a tie in NFL history.Â
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): Mahomes and the Chiefs got back to .500 (2-2) with a commanding win over the visiting Ravens, scoring a season-high 37 points. Mahomes threw for 270 yards to go along with four touchdowns – both season-highs. Mahomes entered the game with a combined three passing touchdowns through the first three games. He now has 252 career passing touchdowns, making him the fastest player in NFL history to reach 250.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): Wilson finished the game with one sack for a loss of 10 yards – his only tackle of the contest. He played 41 percent of the defensive snaps on Sunday. Â
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19): Brooks led the game with a season-high 18 tackles (15 solo) as the Dolphins earned their first win of the season on Monday Night Football. His performance vaulted him into the lead for the NFL's season-leading tackler thus far. Â
P Austin McNamara (2020-23): McNamara booted two punts for a net average of 42 yards, pinning one inside the 20-yard line and forcing a fair catch at the 10-yard line. His longest kick of the game went for 43 yards. Â
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens played 83 percent of the special teams snaps, adding one tackle on kickoff coverage. He did not see any time on the defensive side of the ball.
