All senior student-athletes that graduate for the current academic year (Fall, Spring, Summer I and II) across all 17 athletic sports will actively participate in our Fearless Champions Career Advancement Series (FCCA). The FCCA series consists of six seminars: interview skills, resume building, etiquette training, networking skills, individualized career assessments and counseling. The primary goal of the FCCA is to educate and equip student-athletes with vital resources and programming that will increase their career capacity.
- Career Advancement Series - Series of 7 career advancement sessions held for student athletes aimed at educating and guiding senior and junior level athletes on job preparation and interview etiquette.

- Professional Attire - During the career advancement series, a "What Not To Wear" professional attire is held to educate athletes on the importance of professional dress when interviewing for jobs or moving on to the next level in professional athletics
- Aptitude Tests - Strengths test survey issued to freshman athletes by the career center in attempts of helping these athletes choose a possible career path based on their interests
- Career Fair - Occupation fair held during the year for senior athletes closing in on graduation and searching for a possible career following graduation
- Internship Program
- Career Counseling - One on one meetings involving student athletes and career center representatives in which strong interest surveys are interpreted for athletes, helping them choose a viable career following graduation.
