Tech-A&M Game Picked For TV

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Big 12 Conference announced today that FOX Sports Net will televise Texas Tech's Sept. 30 conference opener at Texas A&M as part of the network's regional syndication package. Kickoff is set for 11:30 a.m. at Kyle Field.
The game against the Aggies marks the second time this season that Texas Tech has been on television, both times on FOX Sports Net. The Red Raiders opener against New Mexico at Jones SBC Stadium also was a FOX Sports broadcast.
Texas Tech is 4-0 heading into an open date this weekend. Texas A&M is 2-1 and also has an open date before hosting the Red Raiders.
Texas A&M leads the series 32-25-1, but Texas Tech has won four of the last five meetings.
