Points are assigned at the start of the year based on your class standing. Attend other sports to grow your total — more points mean better odds when Claims are selected.

Finding Red Raider Loyalty in the App
Everything lives inside the Red Raiders app — here's how to get to it.
Get the Red Raiders app from the App Store or Google Play.
From the app home screen, select Red Raider Loyalty in the menu.
Sign in with your Texas Tech Single Sign-On — see your points, events, and Claims in one place.
When you first open the app after downloading, select the Student fan type during onboarding — you'll get push notifications about Reservations and Claims: when events open, when you're able to claim, and when your decision is posted.
How Reservation Works
All football and men's basketball events. Reserve a spot and Claims are awarded based on your points.
Go into the app and reserve a spot for the event you want to attend.
You'll receive a decision letting you know if you were selected or waitlisted. Selection is based on your points.
If selected, go in and tap "Claim Event" to lock in your entry.
Use your Student ID to get into the event. Check your status anytime on the Claims tab.
How Claims Work
Every other sport — no selection process, every student gets in. Claiming just earns you bonus points.
Go to the Home Page and find the event you want to attend.
Claim your spot for the event — optional, but it earns you bonus points.
Enter the event with your Student ID and receive 5 additional points for claiming.
You have a Claim: you're guaranteed a seat regardless of the line — arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff to use it.
No Claim: wait in the Standby line — students are admitted as remaining capacity allows.
Everyone gets in: use your Student ID at the gate like normal.
Claimed ahead? You receive bonus points for attending.
