"We are really proud of the class that we have this year. They all have potential and we are looking forward to working with them.We are still expecting papers on some and it was a tremendous effort on the part of our staff with recruits and the paperwork. They deserve a lot of credit."

On Recruiting
"You start out with your needs and then you go after the best available athletes. You look for the best guys that you can get. Some guys can play a variety of positions and we have capitalized on acquiring that kind of athlete.You can never tell a group until you get them in here. An example would be the lack of interest over Wes Welker who had a good year."
