Leach to Participate in CNNSI.com Chat

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech head football coach Mike Leach will participate in a live chat on www.cnnsi.com Tue., Aug 14, as part of the site's 2001 College Football Preview. The chat will begin at 11:30 a.m. (CT).

Log-on to the site and select "College Football", then click on the "CNNSI.com Football Preview." The chat box is on the right-hand side of the page.

Leach led the Red Raiders to a bowl game in his first season as head coach at Texas Tech last season. His high-octane offense established numerous school records and exposed quarterback Kliff Kingsbury as one of the best at his position in the country.

The Red Raiders open the season Sat., Sept. 8, against New Mexico. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. at Jones SBC Stadium.
