Red Raiders Continue Practice, Enjoy Kemah Boardwalk

HOUSTON, Texas - The Texas Tech football team had full day today as the Red Raiders continue preparations for the upcoming game against Navy in the Dec. 30 Houston Bowl at Reliant Stadium.
Texas Tech practiced for a little under two hours today at the Houston Texans practice facility. The Red Raiders wrapped up their practices at that complex as the team will move to the Astrodome tomorrow due to Houston's game against Indianapolis.
Following practice, the team was treated to a three hour spree at the Kemah Boardwalk where the team took part in various activities. The squad used the time to relax and get to know some of the players from the Naval Academy.
Texas Tech will take on Navy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30th in the Fourth Annual Houston Bowl at Reliant Stadium. Tickets for the game are still on sale and can be purchased through the Tech Athletic Ticket office that has a bowl location being headquartered at the J.W. Marriott Hotel.
