Tech Softball to Host Tournament This Weekend

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech softball team will host the Mutual of Omaha Lady Raider Classic at Rocky Johnson Field this weekend, March 5-7. New Mexico and Columbia will join Tech to round out the tournament field.
On Friday, the Lady Raiders (6-15) will play Columbia at 6 p.m. before taking on New Mexico at 8 p.m., which will be the first night game played at Rocky Johnson Field. The team will return to action on Saturday when they will battle Columbia at 2 p.m. and New Mexico at 6 p.m. The tournament will conclude on Sunday with Tech rounding out play with Columbia at 10 a.m. and New Mexico at 12 p.m.
Columbia and New Mexico will play on Friday at 4 p.m. and on Saturday at 4 p.m.
