2004-2005 Men's Basketball Conference Schedule In Place

The Texas Tech Red Raiders have the 16-game conference portion of their 2004-2005 season in place for men's basketball.
Eleven of the sixteen conference games are currently slated for regional or national television with six of the eight home conference games and five of the eight away conference games featured on regional or national telecasts.
Texas Tech begins conference play with a home game against Oklahoma State on Saturday, January 8, at 8 p.m. in the United Spirit Arena. The Raiders host Kansas on Valentine's Day for their nationally televised match-up on "Big Monday" on February 14.
Last season Texas Tech was 23-11, marking the first time the Red Raiders have had three consecutive seasons of winning at least twenty games in the school's seventy-nine year history of fielding teams.
Overall, eight conference games will be shown on ESPN-Regional (ERT). ESPN, CBS, and ABC will each provide national coverage for a conference game. The final home game of the conference season is against Oklahoma and will be televised by ABC on March 5.
The Phillips 66 Big 12 Tournament will be played at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, MO from March 10 -13.
