Lady Raider Tennis Set for ITA Regionals

Lubbock, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis team will be competing in the ITA Regional Tournament, in College Station, Texas, starting on Fri., Oct. 21.
Play will begin on Friday, Oct. 21, at Texas A&M, in College Station. Draws are expected to be released on Wednesday.
"This event is a culmination of the fall season," said Head Coach Cari Groce. "You need to play your best tennis of fall at this event. The top players of the region will be there and the top finishers in the singles and doubles will receive an automatic bid to the National Indoor Tournament. There are a lot of great possibilities and opportunities that come from this event, in addition to setting up yourself up for the a good regional ranking."
