Red Raider Club Tip-Off Luncheon November 8

Lubbock, TX - Texas Tech basketball coach Bob Knight will be the featured speaker at the annual Red Raider Club Tip-Off Luncheon at the Lubbock Civic Center Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, November 8. The event gets underway with lunch at 11:15 AM. The basketball program begins at noon.
Tickets to the Red Raider Club Tip-Off Luncheon are $20 per person or $200 for a table of eight. For additional information or to make reservations, please contact the Red Raider Club at (806) 742-1196. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Coach Knight's Red Raiders begin the 2005-2006 season on Thursday, November 10, as they host the Spartans of San Jose State at 7:00 PM in the second game of the evening in the Coaches versus Cancer Classic. Portland takes on Georgia Southern in the opening game beginning at 4:30 PM.
Texas Tech begins the 2005-2006 season with a roster featuring fifteen players. The squad is comprised of six juniors, two sophomores, and seven freshmen.
