"Considering last night's lost with it being indoor and against a very good team," said head coach Tim Siegel, "the win today at home, on Easter Sunday, was probably one of the best days we have had. TCU has Top 20 talent. For us to win the way we did today shows a lot about our team. I am as happy for Cari Groce's (TTU women's tennis head coach) as I am for my team. Today was the best day for Texas Tech tennis."
The Red Raiders look forward to hitting the courts on Wednesday, March 30. Tech will face another Big 12 opponent, Oklahoma, at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the McLeod Tennis Center in Lubbock, Texas.
