Charlebois Named to All-Tournament Team

EL PASO - Junior Amy Charlebois was honored with selection to the Ready One Sun Bowl Invitational all-tournament team. She helped lead the Red Raiders to a 2-2 record in their first matches of the 2006 season while in El Paso.
Charlebois finished the tournament having started in each of Tech's four matches. She led the Red Raiders in kills with 49, averaging 2.58 kills per game. Defensively, she anchored the team with 28 blocks (4 solo, 24 assisted).
In the first match versus Sacramento State, Charlebois led the team in kills with 15, and recorded nine blocks (three solo, six assisted). She added six assisted blocks against Eastern Michigan with 16 kills. In the final match, Charlebois had eight assisted blocks.
