Tech Takes on Oklahoma in Norman

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech volleyball will travel to Norman, Okla., for its second conference matchup with Oklahoma, Sat., Sept. 27th, at 2 p.m.
Tech will be looking to rebound after getting swept by Missouri in three sets (25-18, 26-24, 25-15) Wednesday night. Missouri had a .337 hitting percentage and .183 hitting percentage. Middle blocker Amanda Dowdy led the Red Raiders with 13 kills and setter Caroline Witte had 29 assists and 10 digs for the match.
The first match between the two conference foes was during the Red Raider Round Up. The Red Raiders lost a grueling five-set match (15-25, 25-20, 27-25, 17-25, 15-10). Dowdy led the team with 20 kills and was awarded the Rookie of the Week honors for her performance.
