Red Raiders To Close Road Trip Against San Diego

SAN DIEGO - Texas Tech softball will close out its 10 game road swing in San Diego, Calif., as it faces the University of San Diego tonight at 6:00 p.m. CT. The Red Raiders split a doubleheader on Tuesday against the San Diego State Aztecs, to improve to 9-24 on the season.
The Red Raiders look to close out its road swing on a positive note as it faces the USD Toreros (5-19) tonight at 6:00 p.m. CT. Last night, Tech split a doubleheader against San Diego State winning game one, 5-3, before dropping game two, 4-2.
Stephanie Drewry currently leads the Big 12 Conference in hits with 39, closely followed by Elizabeth Eimen with 38 in second, and Leah Legler with 37 good for third best. This years squad sitting at a team batting average of .290, is chasing the 1997 squad which set the all-time team record at .294.
