Texas Tech Opens Basketball Practice To Public

LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech men's basketball will open practice to the public on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena.
Red Raider head coach Billy Gillispie, along with his staff and players, will go through a full practice on Saturday. It will be the first public glimpse of 2011-12 Texas Tech Red Raiders, who kick off the season on Nov. 3 with an exhibition game against Southwestern Oklahoma State at 7 p.m. at the United Spirit Arena. The exhibition is free to the public.
The Red Raiders return three letterwinners from last year's squad and feature 10 newcomers.
