
Three Lady Raiders Headed to ITA All-American

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis team will send three players to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Women's All-American Championships held in Pacific Palisades, Calif from Oct. 1-9.
Elizabeth Ullathorne, Samantha Adams and Nikki Sanders were all selected to play in the ITA All-American Championships. Ullathorne and Adams will compete in the singles draw while Adams and Sanders will pair together in the doubles draw.
Ullathorne in the No. 1 seed in the Pre-Qualifying Singles round and will face Sarah Pham of Utah in her first round match at 9:45 a.m. PST on Saturday. Adams first round match is against Jennifer Sher of Northridge at 11:30 a.m. PST on Saturday as well.
The duo pairing of Adams and Sanders will start competing later in the week. Adams has already won a tournament this season. Adams paired with Kenna Kilgo to win the Racquet Club Invitational doubles tournament.
The ITA All-American Championships begin at 9:45 a.m. PST on Saturday, Oct 1.
