Eighteen Baseball Student-Athletes Earn Academic Honor Roll

Tech's three seniors each finished their Red Raider playing careers while earning academic honor roll

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech baseball program announced 18 student-athletes earned academic honor roll recognition during the spring 2013 semester.
Among the 18 Red Raiders that tallied at least a 3.0 grade point average for the spring, seven earned Dean's List honors (3.50-4.0 GPA) while senior outfielder Brennan Moore earned a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Texas Tech also had four Academic All-Big 12 selections this year with junior right-handed pitcher Trey Masek and sophomore second baseman Bryant Burleson receiving first team honors and senior right-handed pitcher Jerad McCrummen and sophomore shortstop Tim Proudfoot named to the second team.
