The men's team returns six first team All-Americans from last year's indoor squad. Seniors Bradley Adkins (high jump) and Chris Caldwell (60-meter hurdles) lead the charge for the Red Raiders after finishing runner-up at the NCAA Indoor Championships in 2015 in their respective events. Adkins shares the school record of 2.29m/7'-6" in the high jump with JaCorian Duffield, while Caldwell holds the third-best time in school history in the 60-meter hurdles at 7.64 seconds.
Tech also returns all four members of the All-American 4x400-meter relay team in: Steven Champlin, Kyle Collins, Joseph Richards III and C.J. Jones. Last season, the quartet cracked into the school's top 10 at No. 7 with a time of 3:07.00 at the Arkansas Open and would go on to finish seventh at the NCAA Championships at 3.07.52.
The Red Raiders open the 2016 indoor season on Friday, Jan. 15, at the Arkansas Invitational in Fayetteville.
