LUBBOCK, Texas -- Head coach Tony Graystone and the Texas Tech volleyball coaching staff announced the 2016-17 signing class on Wednesday, which features four future Red Raiders.
The spring signees include: Eighmy Dobbins, Toni McDougald, Maggie Sagers and Kyle Rittimann. In the fall, the Red Raiders inked Chandler Atwood to a National Letter of Intent.
"I'm really happy with the 2016 class, and I feel like we've been able to address several needs in a very short period of time," Graystone said. "This is a talented group, but they also know how to win and come from successful high school and club programs. As the current team has progressed through the spring, it's been very exciting to see their confidence grow and for their expectations to change. So, it was important to bring in an initial class with that same mindset, and I have no doubt this class will fit right in and not only contribute on game day, but also be completely on board with the returners and standards we're setting."

She plays the game with a ton of energy and has true leadership qualities, and I can see Eighmy taking on multiple roles as a Red Raider." | ||
