Lady Raiders capture eight wins on day two of the ITA Texas Regional

FORT WORTH, Texas – Doubles duo Sarah Dvorak and Felicity Maltby will represent Texas Tech Women's Tennis in the ITA Texas Regional quarterfinals tomorrow morning.

The Lady Raiders picked up eight wins on the second day of play in Fort Worth.

Dvorak and Maltby took down opponents from Incarnate Word and Rice on their way to securing a spot in the quarterfinal round. Doubles play will begin at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Maltby, Dvorak and Alex Valenstein captured wins in the singles main draw to advance to the Round of 16. Singles play is set to begin at 11:30 a.m.

Katelyn Jackson and Lana Rush advanced in the singles consolation bracket to the Round of 16 with two-set wins against their respective opponents.
