No. 9 Red Raiders Remain In Second At Bandon Dunes

Texas Tech is alone in second through two rounds, and Ronneblad still leads overall
BANDON, Ore. – The No. 9 Texas Tech men's golf team went a collective 1-under par on Monday to remain in second through two rounds at the Bandon Dunes Championship.
Hannes Ronneblad continues to lead the way for the Red Raiders, following up Sunday's 65 with a 1-under 71. His tournament total of -8 gives him a one-stroke lead on the field.
The Red Raiders (-6) will enter Tuesday's final round 10 shots back of No. 14 Oregon, but four shots clear of third place. Tech is one of just five teams in the 16-team field to be under par through two rounds.
Joining Ronneblad in going under par in round two was Fredrik Nilehn, whose 2-under 70 moved him into a tie for eighth individually at -3. Ivan Ramirez (+2) is tied for 24th after carding a 1-over 73 for the second consecutive day.
Sandy Scott (+6) and Federico Zucchetti (+3) each registered 1-over 73's as well to round out the day two scorecard.
The Red Raiders will begin the tournament's final round Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. CT.
