Chris Beard Radio Show Set For Monday at Rudy's

LUBBOCK, Texas – The fourth edition of "Red Raider Basketball with Chris Beard" is set for 6:30 p.m. on Monday at Rudy's Country Store & BBQ with host Geoff Haxton. The show will air live on Texas Tech Sports Network's flagship station Double T 97.3 in Lubbock.
Beard and the No. 20/19-ranked Red Raiders are 7-0 on the season after going on the road and earning a 78-67 win over Memphis on Saturday at the Air Force Reserve Hoophall Invitational in Miami. Texas Tech has opened a season with seven straight wins for the first time since the 2009-10 season and will now host Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday in its only game this week. The team is currently on a 42-game non-conference home winning streak going into the game that starts a three-game home stand.
On Monday, Beard and Haxton will look back at the trip to Miami and preview the upcoming Red Raider schedule. Those unable to attend the show in person can listen live on a Texas Tech Sports Network affiliate, as well as the TuneIn app or via the internet at TexasTech.TV.
Fans attending Monday's radio show will have a chance to receive complimentary tickets to the Wednesday's game, compliments of Rudy's BBQ. Rudy's, located at 4930 South Loop 289, will be the home to each episode of "Red Raider Basketball with Chris Beard" this season.
