Lady Raiders Finish Second in the Big 12

LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 13 Texas Tech Women's Tennis team earned the No. 3 seed for the Big 12 Women's Tennis Championship slated for this weekend at the Texas Tennis Center in Austin.

The Lady Raiders finished the Big 12 regular season in second place with a 7-2 record.

Tournament play will begin on Thursday for the first round matches while Tech enjoys a first-round bye and will start on Friday at 3 p.m. The Lady Raiders will face no. 6-seeded Kansas State. Tech swept the Wildcats, 4-0, in the regular season match.
